Most small teams lean on one person who has been doing the job longest. Rob shows how that person can write down the way they work, so someone newer gets the same result. Coding is beside the point. Rob starts with a single question typed into an AI tool, then moves on to something you reuse. He ends with a set of written instructions you can hand over like a recipe. Claude is the example on screen, but the same idea works in ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot. Half an hour of talking, then half an hour of everyone chipping in. Presentations start at noon.

Anu's Take

A skill used to mean something a person spent years acquiring. Now it is a folder of plain text that runs the same on Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot. The last time I was on a panel in this room, the question was which platform to back. This is the first answer I have seen that holds whichever one you pick.

Handing someone your judgement only works if they want it, which is the same wall I hit when the policy was sound and nobody had agreed to it.
