Agents produce changes faster than anyone can read them, so the hard part moves from writing the code to keeping track of it. David's claim is that Git becomes more valuable once that happens, rather than less. He starts from the branching and merging that already let people work in parallel. From there it extends: several agents at once, project state and organisational memory kept in the repo, and guardrails on changes nobody watched being made. Doors at 11:30, presentations at noon.

David was on this stage in March explaining what going AI-native means. He is back with the part that comes after the idea: where all that agent output actually lives. He is on a roll, and I suspect he is quickly becoming a regular on the Victoria speaking circuit.
