Organizer(s): PMI Vancouver Island
Featuring: Jeff Manhardt
Project work is moving from managing tasks by hand to overseeing AI that can predict requirements and run workflows on its own. Jeff Manhardt's lunch-hour session is a practical look at putting AI to work inside tools like Microsoft Planner and ClickUp. Jeff is based in the Buffalo, New York area. He believes we have to invest in human intelligence to take advantage of artificial intelligence. The session is worth one PDU.
Who's in the room: Project managers and team leads who want their scheduling tools doing more of the work.
Anu's Take
If Planner came with your Microsoft 365 licence and you've never opened the AI side of it, this is a good lunch hour to change that. Most people I work with were never actually trained on these tools. They were handed a login. Jeff is covering both Planner and ClickUp, and you may come away with one or two things to try that same afternoon. Grab your lunch and join in!

AI can only run a workflow as well as the process it's given, and clear, repeatable processes are one of the signs I look for before a business takes on AI.
