An informal after-work social for Victoria's UX and design community, held on the first Wednesday of the month at the Bard & Banker on Government Street. It is billed as a chance to talk shop with the local UX folk and find out who and what is new around town. The series dates back to 2017 and is carried on the YYJ Tech community calendar; the UX Victoria Meetup group that used to list it has posted nothing since 2022, so word of mouth does most of the work.
Anu's Take
Worth knowing about, and very hard to find out about. The only public trace is a recurring entry on the YYJ Tech calendar created back in 2017, with an RSVP link pointing at a Meetup group that went quiet in 2022. The event is still going regardless. The pub, at least, is easy to find.
