A closed peer group for chief executives, not a drop-in session. It meets monthly and eligibility applies, so this is one meeting of a standing group. In person and confidential: no recordings and no notetakers. The next two sessions are about financing. Part 1 brings in no outside guests: it opens on a shared baseline of equity, debt, grants and the structures in between, then works from the decisions the people in the room have already made or are weighing now. What the group cannot answer from its own experience becomes the agenda for Part 2, so the invited experts address this room's open questions rather than presenting on funding in general.
Anu's Take
Normally 7:30 a.m., and it went by Breakfast Roundtable for most of the year. For the session about money they moved it to noon, which I think last happened in March. Of all the topics to earn the civilised hour.

Every option on that agenda is a different price for the same runway, and the cheapest runway is the money already in the budget: I have not yet reviewed a software stack that was not a tenth to a third overspent.
