Hosted by CPB Canada at White Sport Restaurant in Langford, this session showed bookkeepers running solo or small teams how Microsoft 365 for Business with Copilot supports daily client communication and collaboration. The presentation covered how Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and Copilot work together to help practitioners respond faster and keep sensitive data protected. Demonstrations included Microsoft Teams for keeping client conversations and files in one place with Copilot-generated summaries, OneDrive for secure document storage with version history and controlled sharing, and Copilot for turning meeting notes and emails into client-ready updates and documents. The fast session featured live demos with time for questions.
