This VIATEC CEO Breakfast Roundtable, hosted by Rob Bennett at Tectoria, tackled the question of whether remote work still makes sense or hybrid is the way forward. As employers like banks and government began bringing staff back to the office full time, many business leaders have been grappling with the right approach for their organizations. The session brought together two leaders with opposite strategies, one running a remote-only company and the other having recently required staff to return to the office, for a discussion on office mandates and how to make a strategy actually work for employees.
