VIATEC's Annual General Meeting in the Fort Tectoria conference room. Casual networking runs from 4:30 p.m., the AGM starts at 5:00 p.m. sharp with the year in review and the newly elected board, then networking until 7:00 p.m. Board nominations are open until September 2, 2026, and member voting for the seven open board seats happens online via SmartBallot beforehand.

Seven of fourteen seats are up this year, so half the board turns over. Voting happens online in the weeks before, and the AGM is where the new board gets introduced. Two hours of networking around a thirty minute meeting is a fair trade.
