A tour of the new plant. Every custom formula is weighed, mixed, encapsulated and bottled to order in house. The floor is built to change recipe with each order, instead of running one of them for a whole shift. Open to founders, investors and anyone curious about how that holds up at volume. Light refreshments, and the room is capped.
Anu's Take
Worth the hour for the building as much as the process. It went up in 1892 to power Victoria's streetcars, built for $15,000 after the tram company's earlier plant burned. One station, a whole network. The same walls now turn out one bottle at a time.
