An unstructured Sunday walk for the local tech community. No talks, no agenda, nobody presenting. This week drops to McKenzie Bight and climbs back by Squally Reach, 7.5 kilometres with 250 metres of climbing. The return goes by Cascade Falls, with steep stairs on the Cascade trail and a steady pull up to the viewpoint. It is community-organised rather than guided, with no leader and no outdoor programme, so bring water, layers, and shoes you do not mind wrecking. Reckon on 30 minutes of driving from downtown, and watch the community Discord for route or weather changes beforehand. Check the event page for the exact meeting point and to register.
