The Victoria regional network meets in person every month, and this edition centres on a round table session, so the evening is dinner, networking and an open exchange of ideas among bookkeeping professionals. Non-members in the profession are welcome as well.

I look forward to this one every month, which is not something I say about a recurring meeting. Most editions come with a speaker and a subject; the round table is the format I prefer, because the subject ends up being whatever the room walked in carrying. In a profession where a lot of people are quietly solving the same problem on their own, an open floor earns its place.
