October is an open floor. It starts with updates from anyone who acted on the group's recent advice about leadership changes and funding plans, or decided not to. Then members bring whatever is weighing on them most. That might be a bet that is hard to size or a problem that will not stay solved. This is a closed peer group with eligibility criteria to join. It meets in person and in confidence, with no recordings and no notetakers. A problem does not need to be polished or come from the software industry.
