A hands-on introduction to the Future Workforce Project, an experimental platform that puts teamwork, leadership and decision-making under pressure into physical challenge rooms, then measures what it sees. Teams rotate through the challenges in half-hour blocks, staggered five minutes apart, and finish over refreshments and feedback. Ning frames it as research rather than a workshop: the loop under test is measure, practise, recharge, return, measure again, and the people in the room are the ones being observed. Aimed at anyone who hires, leads or develops a team and has watched the usual soft-skills session assert an outcome it never checked.
Anu's Take
The claim worth turning up for is not the immersive tech, it is that human skills become measurable once a team is under a clock. Most of this genre asserts the outcome and measures nothing, so a testable version is a step forward. Read the listing closely though: this is billed as research, which means you are not the audience, you are the sample.
