DisruptHR Victoria, presented by Engaged, is a fast-paced evening of talent-focused talks that reimagine the approach to human resources. Modelled on the energy of TED Talks, each speaker gets five minutes to share disruptive ideas on the human experience in the workplace, drawing on business leaders, HR professionals, and CEOs. The evening opens at 4:30pm with networking and complimentary food catered by the Fairmont Empress Hotel, with the talks beginning at 6pm. A portion of the proceeds supports Engaged's community giving program, Engaged For Good.
