An informal morning gathering for anyone working in climate, sustainability or clean energy, and for anyone just curious about it. There is no agenda, no speaker list, and nothing that anyone has to present. Conversation runs on whatever people are actually working on, and newcomers are the point rather than an afterthought. The series started in Spain in 2023 and now runs in more than thirty cities, drawing founders, investors, operators, scientists and students. Hayden has hosted this one since the spring.

The global write-up promises a cafe central to each city. Victoria has run four of these out of borrowed offices instead, which is either a supply problem or a quiet admission that the coffee was never really the point. Half past eight is early enough to work as a filter, and what gets through it tends to be people who actually wanted the conversation.
