CONFIRMED NEW TIME: 1:00 to 3:30 p.m. Go by this time, even if the Luma listing still shows 10:00 a.m. An unstructured Sunday walk for the local tech community. No talks, no agenda, nobody presenting. This week climbs to Jocelyn Hill, roughly eight kilometres with about 380 metres of climbing, with steep sections. The route passes Holmes Peak and opens out across Saanich Inlet and the Malahat before the final pull to the summit. It is community-organised rather than guided, with no leader and no outdoor programme, so bring water, layers, and shoes you do not mind wrecking. Reckon on 25 minutes of driving from downtown, and watch the community Discord for route or weather changes beforehand. Check the event page for the exact meeting point and to register.
