The December edition is a casual catch-up as the year winds down, with tech stories, projects and ideas swapped across the table. Bring something you've been building, a tool you've been trying out or a bug that won't budge. Or just come along to meet more of the Valley's tech community. Kyle bills it as no pitches and no pressure, just a relaxed evening, and regulars and first-timers are equally welcome. Head to the top floor of the pub, and RSVP so the organizers have a rough idea of numbers.
Who's in the room: Developers, IT professionals, entrepreneurs and tech enthusiasts from around the Cowichan Valley.
Anu's Take
Patch Tuesday is the day before, so the number of Microsoft CVEs fixed in December should make for a good discussion. A few people here will probably have spent the day patching. If you look after IT for a small business, bring your questions, because small shops get targeted too.
