Military procurement normally runs on one enormous wheel. Big budgets, long timelines, and years between an idea and the person who needs it. Ukraine split that wheel into hundreds of two-week cycles instead. The builder talks straight to the unit that will use the thing, so what works gets funded fast and what does not gets stopped early. Two founders of Snake Island Lab walk through how that runs. Both work from Canada now, on defence and dual-use programmes. The claim on offer is that the same short-cycle habit works for any founder or funder, long before defence enters the picture.
